It can be done and lots of people do it. Standard boost is 0.9 bar or 13 psi on the bam 225 (these figures are above the standard 1 bar / 14.5 psi of standard air pressure) maximum safe boost on a stock car with stage 1 remap is reckoned to be maximum 1.4 bar or approx 20 psi. When you want more boost, buy a smaller pulley.
